In order to begin the return process, you will need to make a return request via your online EZ Able® account.
To begin, LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT. (if you don't know your password, simply request a new password.)

ONCE YOU'RE LOGGED IN, THEN...go to the order you'd like to return and click on "Return Items?" under Shipped,
click on "Return Items?" under Shipped
Once you fill out and submit your return request, then EZ Able® will begin the Return Authorization process. Some items are returned directly to EZ Able, while others are returned directly to the manufacturer.
NOTE: SOME PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: MADE UPON ORDER ITEMS, CUSTOM ITEMS, SANITARY ITEMS, ETC.
Return Authorization processing times vary by manufacturer. Please allow 1-5 business days to receive your authorization via email.
The emailed Return Authorization Form will have all of the information necessary to return your item. You will be responsible for return shipping. The restocking fee, if any, will be listed on the Return Authorization Form.
